Self-catering Apartment set on two floors

Ground floor: consists of a lounge area with 2 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs, kitchenette and dining / breakfast bar & four stools. A dishwasher, 4 ring gas hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with small freezer are also provided. 
Please note, there is no oven in the kitchenette.

WIFI TV, French and UK Freesat channels. 
Streaming services such as Netflix are available free of charge.
Indoor games include cards, Monopoly, traditional board games etc.

On the first floor: access via a Spiral Staircase, are the 3 bedrooms, one double and two single - maximum capacity 4 people.
The shower room is also on the 1st floor, a good size and has a walk-in shower, w/c and basin.

A good sized garden area for Apartment guests only has a Gaz BBQ, comfy seating for 4, dining table and chairs for 4 on the patio area directly outside the back door of the Apartment.
On the lawn, there is a picnic table and 4 loungers / recliners.
Outdoor games provided including boules and badminton.

The rental cost includes cleaning fee, bedding, hand, bath and kitchen towels. 
No pets or smoking permitted in the Apartment
Not suitable for small children

Minimum stay is 2 nights

Prices per night for up to 4 people
Minimum price 75 euros 
Maximum price 95 euros

A Booking Contract will need to be completed at time of Reservation &
25% of the Total is also payable at this time to secure your Booking. 
The final 75% balance is due one month before your date of Arrival
